Everyone welcomes winters as it accompanies many festivals; Christmas, New year and is celebrated with many food recepies, samosas, pakoras, halwas & many more. But haven't we faced many situations when after enjoying winters we fall sick. Well. I have faced it many a times.
At this point of time we are advised with many remedies (Ghar ke nuskhe) to feel better& recovered. One such commonly advised remedy is consuming ginger.


Ginger is a root that spreads underground & is prescribed in Ayurveda and Homeopathy medicines. It has many health benefits whether it is being from cold, cough to immune system problems, it is proved to be one of the best home remedy. Ginger helps your body to feel warm during winters because it is believed to have thermogenic properties that keeps you warm.
