How to get rid of Black Spots on your Face
Clean,clear, glowing skin is that everyone wishes for against the tired, patchy or skin with black spots & hyper-pigmentation. Many cosmetic companies have introduced the products that can hid them or even reduce patchy,dark marks from your face. But your kitchen shelf contains many ingredients that can help you to get rid of black spots in your homes.
Get rid of Dark Spots-
1.Milk: Parents have guides us from our childhood, the health benefits of consuming milk. Today we will guide you beauty benefits of milk. Lactic acid present in milk removes dead cells, thus effectively lightens black spots.
Use: Soak cotton pad in milk and rub it on your dark patches area, use it daily for the better results.
2.Cucumber: As cucumber is mostly made of water, it helps your skin to moisturize and hydrate. It also contains vitamins A, B, C & E that helps your skin to get rid of acne, acne scars, dark patches & black spots.
Use: Cucumber can be directly applied on the face. But many other ingredients can be added to enhance its benefits. Paste of cucumber, aloe & lemon juice is one such example; cucumber with yogurt & cucumber with honey paste are further examples.
3.Papaya: Papaya a very healthy fruit, has fabulous benefits on yous skin as well. It contains vitamins, minerals, magnesium and potassium that further removes dark spots. Papain enzyme is the main component present that lighten these dark spots by removing dead cells and providing even skin tone.
Use: Make paste of papaya and apply it on your face, for about 15-20 minutes. Wash off with water.Use it twice or thrice a week.
4.Tomatoes: Suffering from dark patches on your face& beauty products are not showing any results. Then all you need to do is grab a tomato and rub it over the patches & spots area. Tomato acts as a natural bleach with the presence of lycopene, its presence cleanses dead skin cells, whitens your skin & removes pigmentation.
Use: Prepare a tomato paste and directly apply it on your skin. leave for 10-15 minutes & rinse it with water.
5.Chickpeas: Pulses have many benefits, chickpeas also do have many health proprieties, but are you aware that these peas do help you to brighten your skin by improving your complexion & removes scars, spots that darkens your skin. Chickpeas detoxifies your skin, scrub out dead cells and helps in skin discoloration.
Use:Boil the chickpeas till completely soft. Make paste of it and lemon juice. Use this paste on your face every alternate day for satisfying results.
6.Onion: The next best advised natural remedy for your skin with black spots is the onion juice or pack. That's true they are smelly but are useful to fade away the dark spots. Onions are acidic in nature & do contains sulphur which works together to get rid of dark, brown,black spots.
Use: Make a pack of onion and add rose water, apply this pack on for 20-30 minutes every 2-3 times a week. Using onion juice is also an option for clear, lightened, even skin color.
